Kevin Couch

Director of Programming

Howdy! I’m the Director of Programming for ATG Entertainment, overseeing live music, comedy, and non-theatrical bookings across our venues in San Antonio, Tulsa, and Little Rock.

My journey into entertainment began shortly after college when I toured as a drummer with various artists, including unforgettable summers on the Vans Warped Tour. Those years on the road gave me a front-row view of the magic behind live performances and sparked my passion for creating unforgettable experiences for both audiences and artists. This early exposure laid the groundwork for my career in artist management, branding, and event programming, and continues to fuel my work today.

I’ve managed the careers of several national touring acts across multiple genres, most notably the iconic ’90s R&B group Color Me Badd. I led all aspects of their business operations, from booking and licensing to staffing and strategic consulting, while guiding artists through contract negotiations, tour logistics, and brand development.

In 2013, I founded CBC Creative, a full-service branding agency based in Dallas. Under my leadership, CBC grew to a 12-person team and garnered recognition with Addy, Muse, and Davey awards for standout branding and marketing campaigns. In 2022, I sold the agency and transitioned into my current role with ATG, where I leverage my experience in branding, programming, and artist management to craft memorable live entertainment experiences.
