Jenn Sonick
Jenn Sonick has worked in various capacities within the music industry for the past decade. Currently, she serves as the Director of Programming at Brooklyn’s Kings Theatre and Boston’s Emerson Colonial Theatre, part of Ambassador Theatre Group.
Jenn’s passion for the music industry started at a young age, influenced by her father who bought her records instead of dolls, and a family member who owns the iconic Toad’s Place in New Haven, CT. She embarked on her music career journey in 2011 when she moved to Colorado to attend the University of Colorado at Boulder, where she studied Theatre. Her career took shape through internships at Madison House, a Boulder-based agency, and Z2 Entertainment, the leading promoter in Boulder.
In 2015, Jenn relocated to Denver. After a year working in marketing and artist hospitality at Beta Nightclub, she secured a marketing position at AEG Presents. During her tenure at AEG, she advanced to a role working closely with the company’s Co-President and Senior Talent Buyer.
When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, Jenn made the decision to return to the East Coast after a decade away. During this time, she took on a freelance contract, where she successfully booked the 2-day Psychedelic Wellness Conference, Meet Delic, before mutual connections led her to an opportunity with ATG Entertainment.
Today, Jenn collaborates with agents and promoters to bring top-tier talent to the historic Kings Theatre. Over the past two years, her contributions have resulted in a stellar calendar of performances, featuring artists such as Ed Sheeran, Ellie Goulding, Kid Cudi, Tash Sultana, Bob Dylan, Patti LaBelle, The Flaming Lips, a live 4-day Call of Duty gaming competition, and many more.
